Roll Stability Control (RSC)

The CX-9 is prevented from rolling by a sophisticated Roll Stability Control (RSC) system.

This advanced system detects the possibility of a rollover through signals from the roll rate sensor and the wheel speed sensor and adjusts braking and/or torque affect a roll moment in the opposite direction.

As a result, the vehicle recovers stability rather than rolling over.
